Environmental Remediation
If a property requires remediation, ZUVIC assesses and presents cost effective options designed to meet clean-up goals. We have a track record with many remedial technologies and processes, including excavation, soil vapor extraction, air sparging, and chemical oxidation. We also present cost estimates through the investigation process for proper comparison and consideration.
Permitting and Construction Inspection
Permitting
ZUVIC possesses strong relationships with federal, state, and local regulators through our experience in more than 250 wetland and permitting projects. This experience helps to foresee possible pitfalls and project slowdowns and keep a project on time and within the original budget.
Construction Inspection
