We’re dedicated to ensuring all employees have the information they need to do their jobs well and grow as professionals. Our quarterly one on one touchbases with supervisors and separately with the CEO, give everyone 360 feedback as well as exact info on how they’re doing and what they can do to improve. That, along with Quarterly Focus Bonuses and weekly team meetings, are just a few of the programs we run to bring our team together and share key aspects of the business.

We hold regular happy hours and team activities that are a great way to connect with coworkers and unwind. It also gives us the opportunity to meet with our field teams and those doing a lot of hybrid work.

That’s why our flexible PTO plan encourages team members to take the time off so they can come back refreshed and be their best selves. We also offer the team favorite, a 1 to 2 day work-from-home hybrid work option.
