SITE/CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Since 1988, Zuvic Carr
has been providing quality
civil
engineering services to our clients, ranging from
the initial land surveying and site feasibility phase
through site design and utility upgrades.
We can offer both rapid engineering assistance as well
as straightforward solutions to any complex land
development project.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Zuvic Carr offers a variety of
environmental
engineering services for private sector clients,
municipalities, military, state government and others.
From initial environmental reviews and building surveys,
to complex soil and groundwater remediation projects, we
have the knowledge and experience to assist you. We are
prequalified by the Connecticut Department of
Transportation (CT DOT) to provide Environmental
Compliance (Soil, Groundwater) services.
LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL PERMITTING
Zuvic Carr
has provided hundreds of local, state, and federal
permit applications for a wide variety of public and
private sector projects. We provide other regulatory
agency support services including presentations at local
and state public meetings/hearings and consent order

WATER & WASTEWATER ENGINEERING SERVICES
Zuvic Carr
provides quality water and wastewater engineering
services to our clients, including services at
Wastewater Pollution Control Facilities and Water
Treatment Plants.
TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING SERVICES
Zuvic Carr provides a variety of transportation services,
including bridge and highway design for local and state
infrastructure. Our staff is familiar with the Federal
Local Bridge Program and other federally and state
funded infrastructure programs. We are prequalified by CT DOT to provide
Bridge & Structure Design, Highway Design, and Facility
Design services.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Zuvic Carr provides
construction administration and part-time or full-time
inspection services for private and public projects,
including roads, bridges, and buildings. We are
prequalified by CT DOT for Construction Engineering and
Inspection Services (Road, Bridge, and Aviation).
