Marici Zuvic
President Ms. Zuvic, the founder of Zuvic and Associates, Inc. (Zuvic) has over 30 years of experience as a municipal and highway engineer. She earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the Technical State University in Santiago, Chile. Ms. Zuvic worked for the Connecticut Department of Transportation for over 20 years. Her experience includes major highway and bridge construction inspection, design of a variety of transportation related projects, bridge safety review, and consultant/municipal coordination.
Tomek Grajewski, P.E.
Vice President Mr. Grajewski is responsible for special multidisciplinary projects and has over 30 years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager. He earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the Gdansk Polytechnic Institute and has completed advanced studies at the University of Connecticut. He is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed asbestos consultant/inspector. Mr. Grajewski has managed multidisciplinary projects worth more than $60 million. He has extensive experience working with numerous Connecticut State Agencies and large corporations. He has a broad range of experience in site planning, design, and permitting.
Fraser Walsh, P.E.
Director of Civil Engineering Mr. Walsh is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado, Connecticut and Rhode Island with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering consulting. He welcomes the opportunity to develop a client’s vision into positive social, environmental and economic improvements. His industry design, permitting and construction experience includes private and public site civil development throughout the New England and Mountain West regions; ADA improvements at Amtrak stations across the country; Airside and Landside improvements at numerous airports around New England; Potable and Raw Water transmission and storage; Wastewater transmission; Stormwater management and transmission; municipal and CTDOT roadway improvements; and regional powerline corridor improvements. Fraser is responsible for the design team of civil and structural designers, drafters and inspectors at Zuvic, and is dedicated to their professional growth.
Victoria L. Man, LEP
Director of Environmental Services Ms. Man directs all environmental projects, manages staff, and oversees the company’s remediation activities. She has comprehensive knowledge of remedial investigation techniques and strategies. Ms. Man earned a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and has served as the Senior Project Manager for environmental projects for nine years.
Miroslav Grajewski, P.E.

Mr. Grajewski is responsible for business development and client relations. His professional engineering experience includes project management, design, and oversight of master plan development on a variety of projects throughout Connecticut and New England. Mr. Grajewski earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and has served as a Civil Engineer since joining the firm in 2012.
