MARICI ZUVIC, PRESIDENT
Ms. Zuvic, the founder of Zuvic, Carr and Associates, Inc. (Zuvic Carr) has over 30 years of experience as a municipal and highway engineer. She earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from the Technical State University in Santiago, Chile. Ms. Zuvic worked for the Connecticut Department of Transportation for over 20 years. Her experience includes major highway and bridge construction inspection, design of a variety of transportation related projects, bridge safety review, and consultant/municipal coordination.
 

 

 

 
ROBERT J. CARR, P.E., LEP, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Carr manages day-to-day operations in accordance with the company's strategic plan. He has over 25 years of experience as an environmental engineer and consultant working for private sector clients as well as state and local agencies in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. Mr. Carr is a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island and a licensed environmental professional (LEP) in Connecticut. He has served as Vice President and principal-in-charge for environmental projects for eleven years.
 
 

 
TOMEK GRAJEWSKI, P.E., VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Grajewski is responsible for special multidisciplinary projects and has over 30 years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager. He earned a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the Gdansk Polytechnic Institute and has completed advanced studies at the University of Connecticut. He is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed asbestos consultant/inspector.  Mr. Grajewski has managed projects worth more than $60 million, has extensive experience working with numerous Connecticut State Agencies and large corporations, and a broad range of experience in site planning, design, and permitting.  

 

 
 

 
MIROSLAV GRAJEWSKI, P.E., VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Grajewski is responsible for business development and client relations. His professional engineering experience includes project management, design, and oversight of master plan development on a variety of projects throughout Connecticut and New England. Mr. Grajewski earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and has served as a Civil Engineer since joining the firm in 2012.
 
 
 

 
VICTORIA L. MAN, LEP, DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Ms. Man directs all environmental projects, manages staff, and oversees the company’s remediation activities. She has comprehensive knowledge of remedial investigation techniques and strategies. Ms. Man earned a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and has served as the Senior Project Manager for environmental projects for nine years.
